I came into Warner Motors last week just to look at the inventory and the customer service from the receptionist down to the salesman was above and beyond and super excellent. I ended up purchasing a very beautiful BMW 5 series with the help of Dan & and his terrific staff members. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market of getting a new vehicle. They make the car purchasing feeling feel very family oriented and trustworthy unlike other places. After going to so many dealers and being told I was approved I kind of gave up hope. Shalitha told me I got approved. They worked with me On down payment and biweekly payments. Hooked me up with a warranty that has roadside assistance and even handled comprehensive coverage for me. Amazing team and there’s no let me go talk to the finance manager to get this approved. I handled setting up my car insurance and they handled setting up the loan. Amazing people. They have a glow that just works.

So happy I came across them.. I went to so many dealers and seen the worst of the worst trying to sell me lemons and unrealistic deals. This was a smooth process John was so great , he made sure I didn't waste my time and even worked with me on my down payment. I will be getting any of my future vehicles from here. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, HONEST, AND RELIABLE USED CARS FOR SALE! I was apprehensive at first about going to a used car dealership after i had bad experiences with other used car dealerships. However, after visiting Warner Motors and purchasing my first financed vehicle, I have no doubt that Warner Motors is a wonderful place to shop for your next vehicle. As a young driver, i thought financing a car would be difficult but Dan made the process extremely smooth. Dan went the extra mile to ensure that i was comfortable with my purchase. At other dealerships they pressure you into buying a vehicle but not Warner Motors. They treat you like family here. John did a great job explaining my paperwork so that i would fully understand what i was signing off on. If i had to recommend a used car lot, Warner Motors would come to mind first.
